Cream Cheese Won Tons


4 oz softened cream cheese
1 large green onion(green parts too)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp sugar
15 won ton skins
oil for frying

1.Place cream cheese, scallions, salt, and sugar into food processor and mix into a paste.

2.Place teaspoonful of mixture in middle of a won ton skin.

3.Moisten edges and fold in half. Make sure all edges are sealed. Deep fry until golden brown about 1 min per side. these cook fast so watch them close.
